12 Grapes
A Spanish New Year's Eve Tradition
As midnight approaches, we’ll be coming around with 12 grapes for every guest. What for?
In Spanish tradition, each grape represents good luck - one for every month of the coming year. When the clock strikes midnight, it’s a mad dash to eat your grapes as fast as you can.
No pressure, but if you can’t finish your grapes, tradition says you’re in for a year of bad luck!
